I love working for Prologis! They have great benefits, great work life balance, and ability to work from home when needed

Cons

I love working in downtown Denver but if you some reason have to drive to the office, you have to pay for parking

Pros

Great benefits and ability to raise your hand for growth opportunities. Exceptionally smart people. Great people on the whole.

Cons

Toxic top-down leadership that uses fear to “motivate.” Depending on your manager/department, too much micromanaging and stepping over each other for no reason and projects get stalled. Success at this company really depends on who you report directly to. The executive vibe can be very elitist and harsh.

-Fantastic access to resources, even when onboarding remotely -International environment with ability to network in any market -Family culture -Outstanding benefits -Very involved upper management who communicates with and to all employees
