The people below the executive level are super smart, motivated, passionate and committed to doing their best.

Cons

SUPER toxic, old-style intimidation management. People at the top literally lie about what they say, blame things on others, throw people under the bus (after they're followed their well-documented direction). Anger, fear, and assuming the worst seem to be the core values the top managers embody daily.
