      Smart company; toxic culture at times

      Pros

      Great benefits and ability to raise your hand for growth opportunities. Exceptionally smart people. Great people on the whole.

      Cons

      Toxic top-down leadership that uses fear to “motivate.” Depending on your manager/department, too much micromanaging and stepping over each other for no reason and projects get stalled. Success at this company really depends on who you report directly to. The executive vibe can be very elitist and harsh.

      Unbelievably Great Company

      Pros

      All 70+ employees that work at my office are extremely nice and welcoming. From my initial phone screening, interview process, and training, it felt like I was talking to old friends more than new colleagues. Everyone I've met so far has emphasized for me to not hesitate to ask for any guidance, or to be vocal about anything I'd like to say. They highly encourage moving up from within, and want you to know this is an option from day 1. Prologis is very adamant about ensuring every employee feels equally valuable, regardless of job titles.

      Cons

      The one con I can think of is that I wish I knew about how great it was to work here sooner!
