      Pros

      Half decent benefits. 401k Match Credit Union is good. ESOP retirement program.

      Cons

      Half Decent Benefits.Health Insurance is Pricey and not to good really. Staying hourly is a dead-end of course.Management is not for most I think.

      Good practice of customer service, great being able to associate with our customers on a personal level by promoting boar's head products with such good customer service.

      Cons

      intense work load to meet by with customer service when the associate to customer ratio is well off balance.

      Pros

      The retirement, all through company stock is great, and the job security is fantastic especially in this industry.

      Cons

      The retirement is fantastic, but as a dept. manager expect to fill in for your employees when they call in sick. If an employee calls in sick you have to work the extra hours, because its impossible to approve overtime. So when an employee wants an extra day off they just call in sick, but as a manager you will never use your sick time unless you are on your death bed or with a serious illness. That is a great benefit if you do get really sick, but what good is it if you get burnt out working sixty to seventy hours per week, then they tell you that you don't know how to manage your time!
