Cons
Because many people are promoted within, many started off in the store level and eventually achieved management status at the corporate office. While that may sound good, a lot of them have no higher education and/or experience to lead. Benefits were limited. Very clique - often feels like high school. Pay is very low and many professionals have to punch in literally in a electronic timecard
