      Pros

      Environment is comfortable. No outside weather elements to deal with. Other then that I don't have any pros for this job. The pay is certainly not a pro.

      Cons

      Constant pressure and non stop movement 4 hours straight. No breaks. Never can finish the job. Constant interruptions. Expected to help all customers but also keep going with stocking produce non stop. Very difficult job and very demanding. At only $9 an hour. Felt very underpaid.

      Pros

      growing company, treat your employees as good as they treat your customers.don't drink the cool aid...don't stay and get sucked in by there B S they could care less about you and I. The really have some store manager issues as well as Dept manager who where promoted from Fl just because they were willing to move. Very sad look from the inside out....

      Cons

      over worked part timers working full time and not given benefits. Your just a number there. Bringing in experienced managers up from Fl to NC causing a high turnover because they treat the employees like dirt. it was my worst experience in my 30 year career. pay is not equal to the job at other companies.

      Pros

      friendly people, very clean store, most customers are nice and respectful. raises if you are on time a lot.

      Cons

      no full time in the 6 yrs only because I am able to work from 7am to 11pm , which is not fair in my eyes because I have a son at home.
