      Pros

      PwC offers flexibility. You are treated as a professional and have the ability to manage your work and get done what you need to get done. You are surrounded by smart individuals and not bogged down by corporate red tape. The knowledge sharing is growing and access to knowledge resources is at your fingertips. Leadership is great at communicating and there is a great goal setting and review process in place. There is also the ability to see different parts of the practice and different parts of the world by going on assignment.

      Cons

      Hours, hours, hours. PwC makes every effort to provide a work/life balance, but it is definitely not a 9-5 job and you work hard / play hard.

      Move to high performance culture

      Pros

      Many opportunities for personal development and appropriate training. The Company has an unlimited amount of training programs and classes with a steep learning curve which benefits career development.

      Cons

      The Company tends to allow dead weight to stick around. They seem to be moving to a more high performing culture but historically lower performers have been allowed to remain in place and as such they take a salary from the same compensation pool thus lower others total compensation. Seems to have been a more peanutbutter approach (spread).
