      Great career opportunities if you're willing to put in the effort.

      Pros

      PwC provides excellent opportunity for gaining a great deal of experience in a very short time period on a range of clients. If you're willing to put in the effort, the career advancement opportunities are exceptional. However, you have to be willing to take control of your own career and not wait for your managers to hand you opportunities on a silver platter. Also, the vast majority of the staff at PwC are great to work with and very intelligent. There is a great deal that you'll be able to learn from your co-wokers.

      Cons

      PwC demands a great deal from its staff and a great deal of effort and extra time is required to be truly successful within the company. However, the rewards are worth the sacrifice in my opinion.

      Great learning experience, but look elsewhere for career advancement.

      Pros

      PwC offers competitive pay, good benefits, a great working environment and an excellent learning experience. I learned a lot during my tenure, for which I am very grateful. Overall, the people are good and the managers generally treat their people well. Perks are decent as well, including expensed car service and dinners for overtime.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement is limited. Advancement is dependent on an effective network and ability to get attached to the right engagements. Coaching / mentoring exists, but is not too effective, typically due to limited interaction with other associates that are not on your immediate assignments.
