Pros

There are endless opportunities and you learn a lot. i think it is the best starting point for a career, even if you have no desire to stay till partner.

Cons

You work endless hours and it seems that busy season is throughout the year. At the same time we have to go through a rigorous performance evaluation and the difference in pay is only a $1,000. Even if you work really hard all year long and someone else does not, you still get paid within 1K.

Poor work life balance, office politics are rampant leading to dysfunctional work teams. Feedback is often dependent not on whether your perform up to a set standard, but rather how your manager or supervisor likes or dislikes you on a personal basis. Backstabbing and gossip is often out of control.
