Pros
- good team members - juniors who try to create a good culture - some small “we care for you” perks (bday cake, monthly team drinks etc.) - some managers/ senior managers with supporting style and attention to one’s work life balance - Project types are not as interesting, but ok. One learns to do lots of research during the project. However, the team is not part of Strategy& so the projects are not strategy consulting types
Cons
- lead partner is emotional and unknowingly/ knowingly creates a toxic culture, and having a discussion/ providing feedback has been hard - the so-called associate program is not well structured and didn’t consider the employees who joined before. Career advancement is not well structured - the local employees are not compensated enough, compared to international teammates
