Pros
1. Creative work environment. 2. Good leadership 3. Career growth opportunities The work environment is great and is conducive for effective team work. The management is very responsive and creates ample space for teams to show their creativity in a project.
Cons
1. Lack of accountability 2. Long hours (by choice) 3. Inflexible regimen The main problem is the lack of accountability for the work being done. Everybody seems to work in their own timelines. This often creates clashes between interdependent teams. The management does not intervene as it should.
