      Great place to work in. New technology development. Excellent work environment. located in San Diego. very competitive salary and compensation package. Good growth environment.

      Company saturated plateauing in technology. Technology sector slowing down huge competition no new development started. No Qualcomm size activity

      . Fast pace of work and broad technology innovation, honest/upright executive management. . Opportunity to do business with with a rich set of customers worldwide. . Great set of talented employees worldwide who are willing to learn and contribute. . Among non-management employees - open atmosphere, constructive criticism is encouraged

      . Virtually 24-hour work cycle due to dense product roadmap and worldwide customer base. . Difficulty of commercializing new technologies is often underestimated . Product lifecycle is not managed as effectively as it can be: e.g. new products are added without considering the sustained/continued growth of existing products (and resources required for sustaining vs. designing new products). . Hardware and Software leverage from existing products can be improved considerably.
