      Pros

      A lot of the state of the art work is happening at the company. The HR is super flexible about internal transfers, so you always have the opportunity to keep learning.

      Cons

      Sometimes the deadlines are too tight and hamper the learning as well as on-job experience.

      Pros

      Exciting technical work with little management supervision. Extremely generous Compensation, RSU's and Bonuses. ( West Coast model ).

      Cons

      Every time we went to San Diego we had to work long hours with little thanks. San Diego was the HQ site and a depressing place, constantly suffering from staff cutbacks. In the end , the pitches by senior management were not believable . Poor stock performance ... negative or directionless.
