      Good company - QCT is lot of work, intentionally understaffed especially customer facing teams go through lot of stress

      Great benefits. Non QCT has great work life balance. Very good culture and very understanding management for the most part

      Cons

      No other alternates in San Diego means some high handedness and underpaid employees. Top Heavy. Some old timers in the company for long periods have made lot of money from stocks
