1. No help if you are not in one of the specific groups and you can test your limit under high pressure and have outputs, if you can do it, you can survive anywhere 2. Experienced what is smiling in front of you but stabbed in your back in your annual review and how you survive 3. Learn emotional management when your manager pushed you meanly 4. Learn how to deal with the situation while your manager hit below the belt 5. Long hours and the manager told you he don't want to burn you out but no pain no gain right?
