      there is no sense of team, Every man for himself There is no sense of trust with anyone Politics, groupings make it very hard to work as a lone wolf Run-of-Mill work, making it very hard to learn much and develop yourself as a better engineer Open offices make it hard to relax Very hard privacy/conformance policies make it very hard to make you feel human Overworking is a norm and expected
