Work life balance is very team dependent but mine was generally pretty good but although very busy at times. You can have a big impact on important features that affects millions of people through the snapdragon products. Many of my team members have been at qualcomm for several years or even decades.

Cons

Work can be very niche and may not carry over to other companies or industries.
