Qualcomm is one of the best paymaster company's in India. In the early stages, they were treating employees like anything till the business gets stiff. They were investing in employees heavily. Some of the benefits and perks were below. - Excellent Compensation - RSU and ESOP - Free Food - Performance Bonus - Travel - Training - Reimbursement Policy (Mobile Handset, Gym, Personal) Apart from the benefits, you get to work on the cutting edge technology which will be immense help from your learning aspect.

Cons

At times when business is not functioning well, you may have to suffer from the cost cutting as well as layoff as well. Apart from those long working hours and high-pressure job.
