Pros

The money is alright if you want to work 60+ hours a week full throttle.

Cons

Managers take credit for the work of others while asking them to do more and more work. Qualcomm doesn't care about their employees as much as they used to.

Friendly people to work with, great entry level opportunity, fitness classes are good, lots of team work, some appreciation shown by mentors.

Cons

Hard to advance in one's career due to internal transfer policies, slow to promote, need to threaten to leave employment to advance.

Work is ok, life is ok, ppl are ok. benefits are good vacation time is fine. cubicle is nice. SAn Diego is nice.

Cons

HR sucks, doesnt know what to do. PPl are not very friendy. Not good work. does not want to implement new ideas.
