      Pros

      Great coworkers and a good product. Early on, you were encouraged to take risks or speak up. Opportunities to try something new

      Cons

      Senior leadership has ghosted the workforce since being acquired by private equity. Feedback opportunities are scarce, and the data is presented back in the most dishonest ways possible. Since the layoffs, most executives have spent more time trying to convince us that they are the right people for the jobs when their performance has shown anything but that. Very hostile and clenched up environment. Laughable because you cannot cry A lot of responsibility falls on frontline managers, who are oftentimes not given many resources to handle them.

      They are the nicest people that will ever screw you over. The product works

      Cons

      Complex internal systems with bad data - you will be astounded by how bad the day to day is Leadership cannot be trusted - they recruited me over from a competitor and then set me up to starve with partial QR accounts 0-25% QR. They lied about this when I asked pre-hire

      The DMV of Tech

      Pros

      I learned a ton while working here and was able to hone my sales process. I enjoyed the people that I worked with.

      Cons

      The product is fairly simple but internally they overcomplicate everything. All internal processes are broken and getting any help is like pulling teeth (the DMV of tech). Senior leadership is a joke and a total boys club out in Provo. I never felt bought into the company for this reason and it's hard to sell for a company that doesn't care about it's ICs.
