not recommended - bad culture after PE acquisition

Pros

in most cases competitive salary, great and helpful colleagues, cool product

Cons

Sells employee experiences software, but provides a very bad experience to its own employees; unprofessional upper management seems is not capable of bringing Qualtrics to the next level; after Qualtrics has been acquired by Private Equity firm, strict focus on profitability, had 2 rounds of layoffs in 2023, etc.

fire and forget mentality, no enterprise sales approach, immature processes, internal competition, management, stated values ≠ real values

Pros

I love this company. The EMEA team is really amazing and huddles quickly to new situations like COVID19. Inclusion and Diversity is not just a slogan. You can be yourself at Qualtrics.

Cons

I do miss some sales supporting roles! This could make our company in DACH more succesful!
