      Great people, product, and culture.

      It's difficult to advance within the company without your completed bachelor's degree so that was frustrating as a student who wanted to work full-time hours

      Pros

      Qualtrics is a company where if you have ideas and can show why they work then you attain the resources to go try it. I was able to accomplish things in just weeks that took me years to accomplish at my last company. The environment that you work in is crazy electric and non judging and the caliber of people hired is top in the world. This is a place to come if you have crazy ideas that you know can change the world.

      Cons

      The SAP acquisition was a bit of a shock. While it will be great for both companies and our customers there are a few growing pains right now... but on the plus... we are gaining experience that is once in a lifetime.

      Hypergrowth tech positions in an accelerating company

      Pros

      It tends to be best to work in a growing or shrinking company for mobility, and that is definitely the case at Qualtrics. The rapid growth means emerging opportunities, and the young teams have a lot of energy to put into their work.

      Cons

      Salary is catching up with expectation. Until recently they could get away with that given the attractive equity packages, but the acquisition promises a more industry standard pay structure.
