Pros

Senior management truly cares about employees. On a fantastic trajectory. Opportunities for growth. Great products. Fantastic benefits.

Cons

Pay raises were previously tied solely to promotions. This created a culture of promotion-obsession with side effects of looking out for yourself at the expense of working together as a team. Recent changes in pay/equity/promotions should help reverse this trend. Time off allotment is too small for starting employees - makes it hard to transition when more mature in a career. Working from home is discouraged, which is unfortunate since many people are very effective when telecommuting.

Pros

- I've had opportunities to grow here that I wouldn't get elsewhere, with great exposure to complex projects and the autonomy to shape tools & processes from the get go. - The people who work here are wonderful. They just get stuff done. - I've had extremely supportive managers throughout my time here. - The company culture is great.

Cons

- You will always be busy, but that's not always a bad thing. - As a fast-growing company, its natural that things will change very quickly, which can take a bit of getting used to.

Pros

Opportunity. I came to Qualtrics with the idea of trying to catch the largest wave knowing it would carry me the farthest in my career. It could not have held more true. As I have performed I have been given unique opportunities much sooner than I would other places. And that is only going to keep getting better with the SAP acquisition and the increased growth goals that have come from that. We are creating a new category and it has been amazing to be part of something so innovative.

Cons

We have really aggressive goals here, so there are high expectations of employees. If you are ambitious and want to really achieve something it will be a great fit, but if you just want a 9-5 job to pay the bills I would look elsewhere.
