Pros

I was lucky to have worked with some fantastic people at the EMEA office. Qualtrics offers most of the perks you expect from a tech company. Great office location.

Cons

Qualtrics is full of empty promises. Inexperienced middle management. The employee attrition rate is massive in Dublin, which is a tell tail sign. The pay is below industry average.

Pros

Leadership that will encourage you to do more than you thought you could. I would finish projects and be amazed at what I (and my team) had accomplished in less time than I would have thought possible. It's a great feeling to come into work and do the impossible. Also, great benefits, great people (they really only hire the best of the best), and amazing culture.

Cons

When I was there, my role wasn't very well defined, which is great it a lot of ways since it allowed me to work on all kinds of projects, but it was frustrating to not always know what was expected of me on a day-to-day basis. I think this isn't an issue anymore.
