Pros

Autonomy, control over your work environment, dog friendly, benefits, free food, lots of great coworkers, rapid growth, great location, fun environment

Cons

Low salaries. Not too low for general living costs of Utah, but given how stringent they are in hiring, you'd expect a much higher salary. This is somewhat offset by the benefits but not entirely.

Pros

The people. There are amazing people to work with and to learn from here.

Cons

Being pre-IPO, the focus is revenue instead of customer obsession. Customer obsession has been our mantra during my entire time at Qualtrics, until recently, we have lost sight of that.

Cons

Its a fast paced environment. There is a bit of stress and pressure to deliver. focus is on short to mid term growth, sometimes at the expense of long term.
