Pros

I appreciate the investment that my seniors at the company make in me—there is a conscious effort to help me improve and grow in ways that make my job fulfilling and motivating. Likewise, my manager does a good job of helping me achieve work-life balance and takes interest in and values my time as an individual outside of work. I also appreciate that my opinions are considered and listened to. One of my favorite aspects of working at Qualtrics is the emphasis on diversity and my opportunities to participate in activities like the Women's Leadership Development group (open to men as well).

Cons

Incoming salary for level-one hires is non-negotiable for business operations positions.

Pros

Healthy work-life balance. Relatable and approachable leadership. Amazing work environment with a work-hard-play-hard mentality. Huge focus on continuous improvement, always bringing in outside resources to educate employees . Great energy-- leadership is always motivating Great incentives, fun rewards A lot of transparency. Benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Room for growth within company, but only to a certain point. Growing pains, expectations shifted a lot within the first few months of working there. Leadership is a little disconnected from employees, which is a part of growth pains. Compensation plan is a very set track. Much like room for growth within the company, compensation is great, but only to a certain point... you're kind of on a set "X"-year track depending on the department you're in, and even as a high performer there's not really any deviating from that track. Recruitment team really pushes for referrals to hire, but not very receptive to referrals.
