      Pros

      The culture is great, they give you a lot of food, great people with exception of some senior leadership. Free company breakfasts on thursday. They pay the benefits for all employees. Fun environment.

      Cons

      The work/life balance can be really hard on sales. As with any tec sales job, it is all about the numbers. Micromanagement has been hard to deal with. I do better when I know what I have to do and do it and not be dragged into the glass to see what I have been missing.

      Pros

      Great office culture with pool tables, Foosball, ping pong, stocked refrigerators, catered breakfast and lunches, bring your pet to work and other great office perks. They are very generous with insurance as well and really care about their employees. Senior management interacts with all employees and you can easily talk to anyone in the company no matter what level they are at.

      Cons

      No matching 401k offered. Often have to work longer hours. Because the company is growing so fast there is often changes in accounts that you work with.

      Pros

      -Very clear career paths -Limitless opportunities -Most employees are extremely motivated and driven. This pushes me to reach new limits -The experience behind the executive team undeniably will take this company to levels not seen from a Utah-based company -Family friendly environment -The company truly is motivated in all situations to figure out a winning situation for employees and the company -Very generous with the commission structure ( including accelerators), paying 100% of healthcare premiums, PTO from Christmas - New Years, often feeds the entire company, etc. -Very transparent. -The culture is very innovative and exciting

      Cons

      -Being around some employees who aren't able to hack it, and hearing them make false claims about a company who has nothing but the best interest for their employees in mind. -Can be difficult to get up to speed quickly. Once you do, it's very well worth it. The company is figuring out how to help.
