Pros

The opportunity to sell a product which is the industry leader in its market. Fun, friendly, and competitive work environment. A job where I am stretched everyday and leadership opportunities come off of performance and not tenure.

Cons

Well, honestly it is very hard to think of any downsides. About the only downside I can think of is that Qualtrics does not match 401k.

Pros

As a college student nearing graduation I was surprised how much of a chance I was given by Qualtrics. I was never discriminated at based on my age or work experience. From Day 1, I was able to control my salary, my position and my happiness on the job by how hard I worked and how much success I saw. While the sales process is very demanding and at times stressful, the corporate environment is far more fun and relaxed. Sports tournaments, company lunches, clubs and groups are common in a very fun and modern work environment. At the end of the day, I can think of many jobs where the owners know everyone personally by name and I couldn't think of a better place to work.

Cons

The pressure to close is very high. You're expected to succeed and earn your worth at the company. If you're not competitive and driven, chances are Qualtrics sales won't be a good fit.

Pros

Opportunities for growth and leadership that you can't find anywhere else. Fun and unique culture (Very Google-like) No earnings-ceiling, potential for a great income Catered lunches Flat organization Great benefits (Incredible offices, paid vacation, health/dential/vision/401k, etc.)

Cons

The sales teams are a very competitive group, so you must be extremely self-motivated, focused, and driven to stand out. You will need to put in more than a 9-5 to succeed at Qualtrics, which is great for some, but wouldn't be ideal for those seeking a set schedule.
