- toxic culture created by leadership. Leadership is so toxic it's infested every part of the business - the leadership team is a disgrace. They're greedy, sexist and tone deaf. LT consists of mostly men and there is little representation of anything else - flexibility is being taken away. Qualtrics used to promote flexibility and great work life balance but that's non existent for a lot of employees right now - all of the changes made by the leadership team, especially RTO, isn't backed with convincing data. They just do what they want without any consideration of how it impacts anyone or if it even makes sense - low pay for people who aren't managers or engineering - they've made it more difficult to get promoted/have long term career opportunities - even though so many employees are on the verge of quitting, the LT doesn't care and probably wants us to quit so they don't have to pay us

This company has no stability, there are frequent lays off, the leaders are forced to hire people due to pressure and they know that after a few months they will probably have to fire them
