Pros

Non-micromanaged environment, the people you work with are smart and genuinely want to help you. The product is well branded and stands out from legacy survey tools which facilitates the sales process.

Cons

Pre-IPO leadership and employees are dropping like flies, our RSUs are worth peanuts, even for tenured employees. The uniqueness of the culture got lost when SAP acquired us and has never really recovered since. Qualtrics preaches that they care about mental wellness and they try to position themselves as THE company for employee experience but in reality, half of my team is on anxiety medication and severely burned out from the last couple of years. Many of the reps I talk to are trying to make a gracious exit.

Pros

Qualtrics has AMAZING people. The company is doing well and is filled with incredibly smart people. You will definitely learn a lot. Qualtrics is also very supportive of changing roles (flexibility to move around company) and of personal growth.

Cons

Qualtrics preaches the ultimate employee experience yet they don't exactly practice that. There's hardly nothing that's competitive about their benefits/compensation package, in fact it's subpar in some ways. They severely underpay their entry level employees by $10-$15k making it hard to ever reach an average salary. For a lot of entry level roles, they have a pretty standardized salary that's non negotiable so just know what you're getting into. Also, post pandemic there's no full remote option which also isn't very competitive.
