Pros

My immediate team was great to work with -- both collaborative and supportive.

Cons

For a feedback company, they are abysmal at providing feedback to employees. I requested feedback multiple times, and then asked for feedback on why team members with less tenure than myself were promoted before me. I was never given an answer as to why this was. However, from observation, I conclude that individuals that check off certain demographic boxes are more likely to find success here. If you are a POC, strongly reconsider your choice to work here.
