- the DEI culture can feel exclusive at times, not inclusive - there's definitely a feeling that if you don't think a certain way, you aren't welcome. It's arguably not just a feeling - one guy shared an idea that wasn't in the mainstream and he got severely attacked (verbally) by a ton of people across the company. I felt terrible for him, and also decided I'd just keep my mouth shut if I ever have a political idea that is different from the mainstream. I heard a quote recently - "inclusion does not mean agreement." I think this quote really needs to be shared at Qualtrics.
