Pros
*Good employer in general, pleasant people, great work-life balance, good conditions, not working very hard.
Cons
*Very local and not international at all (one has to speak German fluently in order to work here) although the industry is very international. *Due to the size of the company things move extremely slow. *Very hard to grow within the company and move between departments.
