      The people are great to work with. Smart and driven.

      There is no direction about the future of the company. Upper management doesn't give confidence nor direction about the future of the company.

      Overall the experience there was great. RAPP has a friendly environment, very laid back, food available all the time. Great breakfast. Bi-Weekly drinking socials on Friday's.

      Cons

      The environment was too laid back for my liking. A lot of socializing goes on. If you want a laid back, slow paced environment then this is the one.
