      Pros

      Management does listens when you make sense There are great people doing their best to do great work Employees are treated fairly

      Cons

      The only thing the ex-North American President accomplished was to poison the LA office and empower the wrong people, thankfully the damage is isolate to California and is being undone

      Pros

      - They pay well in comparison to the industry. - A lot of good smart people still work here - Depending on your role and job title, there is not that much pressure on you

      Cons

      - Core Dialog propaganda doesn't really give the company any new direction and the lack of new business proves this. - The CEO, Alexei Orlov, frightens most people who have to interact with him. Not a good way to run things. - No new business coming in, with boring pharma clients being the norm.

      Pros

      Really friendly, hard-working and helpful team. Bankside building is very spacious, bright and has great facilities. Company benefits include Friday drinks at 4pm, flexible hours and subsidized gym membership.

      Cons

      Work load is very variable depending on the time of the month and limited options for carer progression for middle level employees.
