Pros

- Laid-back atmosphere when you're not being surveilled - Fun colleagues who make you laugh so that you don't cry - Free daily breakfast that turns into your lunch and/or dinner: yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, oatmeal - Free soda/beer to drown your sorrows - A mentorship program that no one's aware of

Cons

- Current global CEO who strikes fear in the heart of man - Lack of new business and a lack of a new business department - Overworking junior talent that should have been promoted yesterday - Extremely high turnover rate (and being blamed for contributing to it) - Being too busy to attend the annual boat trip or holiday party

The potential that will never be. Meh.

Pros

The people are friendly and smart. Alexei Orlov was able to infuse a ton of money from the DAS group to rebrand RAPP from "Customer Experience Agency" to "Core Dialog".

Cons

"Core Dialog" is fluff, with no clear tactical plan to realize it against paying SOW's. RAPP is not a creative agency. Strategically led, creative is a production arm. Business leads have poor sell through capabilities and though "Core Dialog" is touted as omnichannel, this agency is the Email and Direct Mail agency, no matter how hard they try to get a seat at the big kid's table. This is where creativity goes to die.

Pros

Generally a typical agency environment with a good mix of smart people on the ground

Cons

- It really does seem like this page is flooded with fake positive reviews. RAPP is not growing in a positive direction and the CEO is not making a positive impact - Lack of new business or pipeline leading to a general lack of opportunity for employees - Lots of layoffs and difficulty attracting talent
