      Pros

      Great work/life flexibility. As long as you are getting your work done, you can work from anywhere. Generous time off allowance.

      Cons

      There are no consistent cons to working at RAPP. As with any other company, sometimes deadlines are hard to meet and required extra work, but that is what generates success, experience, and skill acquisition.
