We are currently adding exceptional talent at all levels within the organization, recognizing, nd promoting others that have been in the organization for many years. Makes for a good balance of new and tenured thought leadership. RAPP Dallas is leading the charge with new client wins and improved employee satisfaction.

Cons

The organizational changes were painful, but in the rapidly changing times of our industry you have to be able to adapt or you will become extinct in this business.
