      Pros

      Great people. Very smart. Teams seem to bond well together, at least the actual workers on the teams.

      Cons

      Can't keep people long enough to gain traction. Creative leadership keeps turning over. Strategy leadership and Account as well. No bonuses. Went 3 years without a review or salary adjustment.

      The people are amazing, but the process

      Pros

      The people are amazing and want to deliver the job, if you find the right account to work you can have the best work in the world. You can learn a lot if you have the right boss, they like to work after-hours.

      Cons

      The board are bureaucratic, they don't know where the ship is going and keep on moving with the waves. Don't have the right direction and guidance on what is the company standards.

      Pros

      There's a handful of people in each department, two or three, that are true stars who would shine anywhere. Office is within walking distance of plenty of great dining options.

      Cons

      Can't win the kind of accounts that attract top talent. Management can't steer its current client roster in a digital direction. Not staffed for today's ad world; lots of mid 80's and early 90's DM diehards in top positions. Not enough staff period; bean counters have pushed management to cut the fat AND the bone. No matter your station, you'll probably end up doing the work of 1.5 or 2 people.
