The people you'll meet at RAPP are amazing. They are smart, passionate, supportive, and driven individuals who can come together as a team to accomplish great things.

Cons

In the last few years, there seemed to be confusion about where the company was headed. We seemed to be trying to be everything to everyone. We needed a vision that could be articulated clearly to employees and clients.

Some truly wonderful coworkers help make long hours and horrible clients more bearable.

Cons

Terrible leadership, aside from Creative. Unwilling to ever say "no" to a client, so they walk all over the agency.

Pros

Your coworkers will be one of the best people you'll ever meet! Everyone is passionate about RAPP's mission and everyone is willing to work together as a team and provide support.

Cons

I really didn't see any serious cons, but I guess the workload might be too heavy for some people. A lot of the job positions also require you to wear many different hats at the same time; you never have only one task to deal with.
