Pros

Great people and culture. Everyone has a lot of fun at the office and is relatively easy to get along with. Moves across the agency departments are easy if you want to make a career move.

Cons

High turnover with little no no on-boarding for new employees. Low pay and yearly layoffs to "right size the business". Majority work a 40 hour week and then there are about 20% that work anywhere from 50-60+ hour weeks with no recognition. Raises and promotions are bi-yearly and very political. Promotions are not based on how good you are, but about politics and seniority.

Pros

Lots of different projects, lots of high-profile clients, occasional opportunity for international projects

Cons

The development process did not seem well thought out, account executives did the job project managers should do, they talked a good game about valuing employees but their actions tended to say otherwise, tried to brand everything ("Bubbles" instead of departments led my "Bubble Heads" - I have no idea why people didn't take this seriously...), high churn

Pros

RAPP's management does a good job at presenting ideas and initiatives. Selling is certainly a strength of theirs. Most of the people seem to be nice on a personal level. Food is frequently served.

Cons

Everything else. Management has no clue as to how work should get done. Lots of talk from highly-paid people but very little action. Egos. People getting hired into leadership roles with little real experience prior to getting hired. There is also a lot of politics in the office across departments. Getting cooperation across the various disciplines is nearly impossible.
