• Manage your work base on your speed • Work given is manageable except on high season. • Boss deals with suits so you don't have to • Able to knock off on time, half the time

Cons

• Extremely strict boss and senior • Expectations are very high. Lots of changes to work. Saw my colleague on the brink of a nervous breakdown. • Mistakes cannot be made • Comparing work against my peer's wasn't constructive feedback • Misalignment on team dynamics and expectations. During team interview, everyone was extremely nice but for only initial impression • Suck up and favouritism

The QA team was fantastic. My direct manager was wonderful and cared about work/life balance and advocating for the team. The QA team likes to hire on proven skill versus a good-looking resume which I think is wonderful. They will take a chance on people with smaller resumes.

Cons

Certain directors were very nasty people and cared much more about marking a task as 'complete' versus actually delivering a quality product. Individuals who continually dropped the ball, had no work ethic, made the entire team suffer because of their lack of work ethic were never let go or dealt with in any way. These behaviors were very much tolerated. Senior developers could speak to team members in the most cruel ways and not have any repercussions.
