Lovely office and met some nice people.
Cons
Had an awful experience with Rapp. The Creative studio Lead was a bully and stuck in her own ways. No one was allowed to share ideas. Poor management and unprofessional with no support from HR who tried to cover her mistakes as Manager. Not a place to grow if you want to progress. Technology is outdated and time management is poor. Meetings were held during breaks. Client work is delayed because of poor systems and processes. Problem is they don't want to change. No 1 2 1s or performance review.
