I work with kind, intelligent, encouraging, creative people. Isn't that the dream? I don't take this job, especially at this point in my (mid)life, for granted.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report. I've worked at places where a bad apple was allowed to rot for as long as possible; thankfully, that's not the case at RAPP.

The people below leadership are pretty great. They work really hard and are willing to work really late hours. Remote working is nice, but the Executive Creative Director will constantly complain about how badly he misses the old days, and will guilt people for not coming into the office.

Cons

Very little to not POC leadership, and they are from the same generation. They will constantly talk about how much they value diversity and being fiercely individual but they be flat out lying! The company messed up big time last year. Now the timelines are cut so you'll be hustling with barely anytime to produce work. Don't bother going to HR. They are not on your side.
