management are clueless and disjointed from staff, retention problem, benefits slowly getting stripped away, cliquey, HR only manage upwards, focus on wrong KPIs, lack of culture, lie (Marco put on linkedin in lockdown that no one has meetings before 9am, whereas we had a meeting every day at 9am through lockdown highlighting how clueless they are about their staff). no progression, no promotions, no pay rises, no bonuses. excuse they give staff is "RAPP are tight" and they think that is acceptable?
