      Pros

      Interesting people and big clients. Nice workplace culture in some ways and it would be a fun place to work at more junior levels as agencies are, with opportunity for progression.

      Cons

      Non-competitive salaries which are rarely reviewed.

      Pros

      The management has worked hard with employees to handle remote work and scheduling. There is a lot of camaraderie amongst the people I know and I truly enjoy the people I work with and many I do not.

      Cons

      There is no perfect company as there is no perfect person but the cons that I have seen are situational. Some departments have more issues than others.
