great paid training session, it does feel like school with tests and evaluation but they prepare you really well

Cons

although its a great place that helps you advance your career, it is dependent on good survey scores so poor performance early can hinder your scores. Pay is on the lower side for CSR. Hours and shifts are based on top performers also.
