Everyone recognizes your experience from RBC. Targets are not as crazy as TD's

Cons

Becoz of its big name, the pay is not comparative at all. i can say i am living from pay cheque to pay cheque given the crazy rent of Vancouver.

Cons

Depending on your direct manager, you can be proactive while having comfortable mind with worthwhile feeling about your job (and can learn alot), you can also be so stressed for sales performance
