Pros

NO pros with it at all

Cons

The collections agent job at rbc is by far THE WORST JOB EVER!!! Its a very complicated confusing job and they have you use a very old program that is very hard to work with and a bunch of other confusing programs on top of that. They don't tell you until you get into the training you have to do 3 exams and get an 80% on each to actually get the job!!! And they don't even pay you all the hours you worked! Stay far away!!!

Pros

My immediate team is nice.

Cons

Lack of training. Poor communication from senior leadership on expectations. So much fluff. Unreal expectations to deliver. unrealistic timelines. A little appreciation would go a long way. Not even a pizza lunch to say “thanks” to teams that are completely burned out. Speaking on behalf of a very tired digital product team.
