Pros

Good place to work, never have to worry about layoffs they treat their people right.

Cons

Fight for your base pay when you start because they give tiny annual raises no matter how good of a job you do!

- Blue chip name on CV - Opportunity to succeed if you get to work with the floor/ desk decision makers - Associate social life is good

Cons

- Very, very slow career progression - Not a lot of support with personal development - Very cliquey environment - Workload is very high - High associate turnover

- Bureaucratic - No innovation - Mangers chase budgets and head counts which leads to some really bad developers being hired - Way too many program and project managers
